Hello people!I was so excted about moving in these appartments, the ppl who worked over there were so nice ( I guess they are like that to everyone until they allur u to move in) than everything changes... The appliences are old, and although you are calling them to fix them, noone comes to help u with that. The neighbourhood is generally dirty all the time, and the neighbours I have are like ppl from Jerry Springer show, there is some drama every night...Oh I cant forget cocroaches that I kill every day, and I asked ppl from the BC to help me with that, and again noone is doing aything about it... I cant wait to move out...

I loved my apartment they even put an accent wall in my apt, my stove didnt work when I moved in but they came on monday and fixed it. I dont know what your talking about it being dirty, its not as dirty as the community next to it, my neighbors children might jump a little but its not bad, I mean if I guess if I want a quiet apartment i should move into a house, you must be living way in the back of westchase! Everyone in the office was nice to me and still are Ernestine was nice when she moved me in and is still nice, she helped me get the apt. Im sorry about your experience but you should try and talk to them again! I would recomend it, just mayby do reserch on which one your getting kind of like getting a house!

The reviews on this site that I had read so far were either too good to be true or were so unbelievably negative. They just don't add up. What is the best way to find out whether an apartment community is suitable for you? I am posting this very same message on different apartment pages with the hope that there is at least one unbiased tenant out there for each of these apartments who can provide accurate information.
