Bristol Court leads the sub-market in measurable performance - occupancy, low turnover rate, highest number of service techs per # of residents and recent amenity improvements. It is also the only community that has a current, pro-active partnership with Gwinnett County Police. Which means that the property actually pays the police dept directly to spend a lot of extra time on the property helping to maintain its friendly community atmosphere. No one else does this. Why - no one else wants to spend the money - per Gwinnett.

Also, it is a know fact that neighboring competitors routinely ask their employees to post negative comments on Bristol Court. If you can't beat them - then discredit them. I know this because, in the interest of full disclosure, I have recently worked at Bristol Court (no longer). I have also worked for two other competitors close by.

Times are tough and some will do anything to get an edge. I just think that this is out of bounds. All I suggest is that you do NOT let this unreliable site form your opinion. That includes my own - just go see for yourself.

You are a liar. It is not legal for anybody to PAY the police department for "extra time on the property." You are a moron.

Call Gwinnet county, before you resort to childish name calling. As always the facts speak for themselves, if you call gwinnet county and you can even speak with Officer Rashard, he is the head guy who does patroling after their normal duty hours
