I have been living here for several months now and have experienced the same recurring problems. ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES (Palmetto bugs), ANTS, SPIDERS and some other weird insects. I forgot to mention the over populated cat community. You would think they would eat the water bugs. Other tenants have told me about the same problems and that it is normal occurance. Please make sure that you see the apt before you move in. The bedrooms are small and the tenants are GHETTO. There seems to be robbery once a month. And don't try to break your lease it will cost you about $4000.
Advice: Do your research before you move into any apt.
