The apartment complex is a terrible place to live. There are types of spiders that I have never seen before, not like household spiders that sometimes get into your home. There are super sized roaches, but was informed they are water bugs but they are very big and you have to sleep with a can of raid. You will need a can of raid in every room. They spray every wednesday, but during the week, you will still see some crawling very quickly and do not act like they are sick. My oven have been broken every since I moved in, sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. If it does work, only the bottom burner works which means you have to cook things extra long, I have called maintenance they said it is working fine. It is not working fine when the top burner is not working. My toilet is broken. I have pull the black ball to stop it from constantly running. In order for maintenance to pay you any mind, you have to call them like a crazy tenant. I never lived under these conditions in my life. When I moved in they also lost my application and payment information, make sure you keep your reciept. The gate is mostly broken. This complex is so bad that they had to change there name but it is still the same complex, don't let them fool you.
