I have been my complex about a year and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Waterbugs, Palmetto bugs whatever you want to call them....it's an infestation. One week I have seen about 5 and that is almost 1 per day. Last night I saw something fly from by bedroom wall onto the door. I knew but it was but did not see the nasty roach until 10 minutes later. I thought that I spackled every hole in my apartment but it still does not help. There are spiders and weird insects with 30 legs are a common problem in addition to the ant infestation. Some of the tenants are so ghetto. The leave trash in the hall for days, play loud music to late hours in the night. Cars get stolen all the time and I hear an occassional (1x per month) stream of gun shots. This place is just straight up GHETTO. My suggestion to the new owners of Claremont Springs (Heritage Mission) ...tear the apartments down and make a luxury subdivison. That is what the neighborhood needs, not another ghetto apartment complex. Renter beware. Whenever I see potential renters I just want to say RUN, RUN, RUN ....far and fast.
