From the day I moved in I realized I had made a terrible mistake. As months went by my belief was justified. This has been the worst rental experience!! When you first go over your lease and the amenities of the apartment everything looks and sounds good but these are the problems I've had to constantly deal with even a year after move in:
- repairs do not get take care of
- tenants are extremely loud, i've called the police dept several times on my upstairs neighbors coming my family and I up all night long partying! Leasing dept will not do anything about it.
- The swimming pool sits all winter long not drained. When summer comes the pool is re-opened without being cleaned from the winter or the previous summer. NASTY!!
- There are no type of tenant activities on the premises that should be arranged by the leasing dept.
- The complex spends more time on the landscaping than the apartmetns themselves.
- One could start a insect store with the number of strange bugs running around.
- The leasing dept employees are rude, nonresponsive and noncaring unless you are paying the rent.

I would not recommend this facility even if someone paid me to. The only way I was able to stay here with all the problems was to threaten the leasing dept. and the corporate office with letters of complaint from my lawyer in regards to abiding by the lease agreement.
