Every since I signed the lease I had a dislike for the place. The huge roaches that greet you at night and flyers made my stay even more unbearable. The staff never wanted to fix a thing unless it was their lip stick. I begged for months for them to fix the shower ceiling that was falling on me everytime I took a shower, still not fixed! I care not to discuss the kool-aid stains and cigrette burns in my carpet, still there from move-in to move-out. How about the toliet that leaked and made the floor smell like urnine' I had pets when I moved in...the dead bird pasted to the patio! The fridge was dirty and the dishwasher had old dishes in it. I tried to work with this complex because they got me in so quickly but it was down hill from there. The only noble thing done was the permission I was given to move out a month early after I took it to the regional manager in North Carolina three different times. My power was cut of because of some failure on the apartments part. I waited to see if it would come back and I even stopped by the office, which said they would send someone over at 8:30 after I stopped by. I called back to check on everything at 3:45 and I was told, "oh...we'll send someone over now." I bought a 100 or so dollars worth of food for a party that was ruined. It's a horrible place I won't even drive past again.
