I am finally moving out of Claremont Springs (Mission Heritage Park is the new name). I am going to list the things that bother me the most.

1. When you enter the complex there is always mounds of trash bursting out of the compactor area. It is the first nasty view you see when you enter the complex.

2. Waterbugs, Tree Beatles, Giant Roaches or whatever you want to call them. This complex is INFESTED. I often had to fight with them inside and outside my apt. One day I was parking my car and went to grab my purse and one must have fell in my car. It was the most disgusing thing I have ever happend to me. Another time I was getting into my car and a giant roach ran across my windshield......DISGUSTING INFESTATION.

3. LOW CLASS TENANTS - Leave their trash and furniture in the hallways and on their patios. Loud cars, loud and ghetto people, loud music, loud movement in apartments. Quality of many residents are GHETTO.

4. Maintenance - I requested a fixture in my apartment be fixed about 7 times. I guess they decided that they would not fix it because I was moving out.

5. Management are sometime courteous but still have a very uncaring nature. I actually feel sorry for them because it can't be easy managing a GHETTO complex.

6. Apartment Structure - Apartments are over 15 years old. There are so many cracks in my apartment. It is obvious they just paint over them. They really need to renovate all of the apartment. They apartment layouts are nice and so are the garden tubs but cabinet in kitchen and bath are old.

7. Parking - Poor parking situation, if you come home after 7:00 pm you might have to hike to your apartment.
