I have been living here since April of 2006, and I tell you it is the worst when it comes down to the neighbors. They have this listed as Claremont Springs, but it is currently called Mission Heritage Apartment Homes. Nothing has changed about this place besides the name. I really do not have any bug problems but I do have neighbor problems.

If you are on the first or second floor it will be hell from the time that you come till the time that you leave. I live on the second floor and I love the set-up of my apartment but not the noise that I constantly have on a daily bases. The walls are so thin along with the floors that you can tell when the person above you go to the restroom, wash their cloths, clean their dishes as well as when the go in and out of their home.

I have alerted the leasing office on numerous occassions and nothing was done, so I decided that I would take matters into my own hands. Whenever they decided that they want to drop something on my ceiling and know that I live below, I took my broom and I beat my ceiling. I decided that I would give them a taste of their own medicine. Finally they left the premises.

Now, I have someone that lives above me again and is doing the same thing so (again) I alerted the leasing office. So let's just say I hope it helps (so far it has not)!

To be honest I think that they care more about the money that they receive every month than they do about their residents!!!!

I am just glad that I will be leaving this piece of HELL HOLE!!!....in the next month or two!!!!

If you know like I know you would not MOVE IN THIS COMPLEX...I have been here a year and a few months and they have been through 3 different staffing people in the office. Everytime I go in their, there are different people their to help.

Parking is a joke....the Mexicians think that they own the damn apartments. The park those big ass vans and trucks right in front of the door when they have parking available with in parking spaces. They would even go as far as parking in the handicap spaces, that ---- is not that serious to be on the front lines.

You are paying for the security of the gates, but since I have been here they have worked a total of 1 month, now that is a damn shame!!!!!!
