They have good rates but thats where it ends. my apt leaked from an up stairs water heater about 4 times which flooded the floor 3 of those times. creaky pipes, have to light the stove with a match,patio door wont close all the way letting heat out,living room never got completly warm and in the year i've been here the place has shorted about 5 time trippin the breaker with major appliances off (tv,music etc) and they dont even have a write up in the bbb!! but that will change. and even though your contract say "terminates on such such date" its a lie they will go to a quote that says "extended:" and get you for an extra month at $800 mind you some things never got fixed even after telling them in writing which they wont put in you file. (good thing I kept them and took pics of everything) lets see what bbb says!
