I have lived here since early '07. I've never had a problem with management returning my calls or responding to my concerns-just the opposite. They have come thru for me each instance. There are a few problems with the complex but some are not due to the complex per se' but common society issues, as with all complexes and neighborhoods, but overall I don't think there's anything I would complain about. The only thing I would suggest be changed is the 1yr policy for shampooing your carpet, I think it should be evy 6 mos atleast (when you have a family it's impossible to keep light carpet clean for a year). I haven't lived in an apartment for over 15 years and it was an adjustment but that's on me :). The staff have been great towards me and my family.
