I would do everything in my power to keep someone else from moving in here with a sane mind. This was my first apartment and I absolutely hate it. As a white male in his early twenties, this has been nothing but a series of problems. The floors when you move in are stained, the sink broke in the first week, the oven the second time I used it, the --------- in here are quite noise and blast loud music is the early am making a nuisance for anyone who works during the week, the roads are half finished, two COMPLETE BUILDINGs burned down in the first four months, I get a letter on my door at least twice a month telling me their shutting the water off completely the NEXT DAY, there are roaches like crazy, I found mold in my bathroom 8 months in, you sometimes get people that work for RAM partners that randomly are in your apartment when you get home, and there are always people that watch your move when you pull up that makes you feel really uneasy about going outside of your apartment. I dont know what else to tell you...Just dont move in...
