Don?t even think of staying here - Staff are rude

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived here from mid 2001 till mid 2002. I had the following problems:
1) Staff was positively rude
2) They once delivered an important mail after 6 months after repeatedly questioning them about it!
3) Slapped all kind of patently untrue charges when I vacated the apartment in reasonable condition and I not only lost my deposit but had to cough up a further $ 400. Very hawkish.
4) Never fixed the bathroom sliding doors very well. It needed frequent repairs.
