Managers are too stubborn and rude

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
The community is OK but the manager and the new assistant manager were very hard and very painful to communicate with for anythings. What they matter most is how to get more money from your pocket after you moved in and especially when you leave. They even dared charge residents for holes on the walls which were drilled to treat termite infestations by their termite service.
