Rude Management and heavy moveout fees

we have lived there for about 6 months. Tha apartments are great and community is good at that time. We never went out much though.
But management sucks. Make sure you get everyting in writing.
They promised us a half a month rent free before we moved in. But when we asked about it later, the person who tolds simply said she didn't say it. They lie.
And they charge fees.
I was going to move out on sunday, so i requested a walk-out the friday before. She said the place has to be empty. I told her that only a coupls of small boxes would there. She did not come. So we dropped the keys and got heavy bill later.
They charged $75 for odour control.
And $350 for a stain on th carpet which is a size of circle of 2cm in diameter.
We requested to lower those, tried to negotiate but failed.
They are stubborn liars.
