The brouchure showed walk-in closets, the model showed overhead lighting. Upon move-in neither of these selling points were in our apartment.
I had to ask three times to spray for roaches, the consultants did not do anything until I brought a roach into the office.
When considering a lease renewal, the management was not flexible at all. They would not write a 6 or 8 month lease because there were "too many people moving out at that time".
They also would not allow more that 1 person over 18 per bedroom.
