Country Club

I am moving as soon as my lease is up. I have had it. Front walkway to my apt. floods everytime it rains. People (not just kids) "hang out" and block the stairways and lay in the walkways. Cigarette butts and candy wrappers everywhere. People leave their trash in the breezeways. Maintenance does not empty trash in laundry areas on a regular basis. About 30 long nails thrown about on laundry room floor with various trash. There was a 2' x 2' hole in the floor of the laundry room for over 2 weeks that you had to straddle to do laundry. If you have an issue after hours you might as well forget about it because the answering "service" is RUDE and in NO way helpful. They will keep you on hold for EVER. Office staff is RUDE, unhelpful, uncaring. After repeated requests they just about refuse to return phone calls. They threatened everyone in my building because of 2 tenants had trash outside their door and were loitering. Tenants will be fined actual money if ANY mail is found floating around but they don't even keep the grounds clean. You can probably "catch" cancer from all of the cigarette butts that get actually dumped by the mailboxes at our building. This place is disgusting. Roaches, wind comes through doorjams, no lighting in foyer of apartment or patio or patio closet. Previous repairs were sloppily done and very visable. They refuse to replace my carpet after I have lived her for years and it is quite apparent that it was not even new when i moved in as when i steam cleaned big dirty spots appeared. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
