I agree with the comments about the staff, management is beyond rude, and I dont understand how they can charge me for breaking a lease and a move out fee (another months rent) or cleaning fee whatever that is. I mean they will rent it straight away so whats the loss of revenue'
I do think the maintence guys are freakin excellent-example; last years ice storm my water heater crapped the bed. on a Saturday no less, and it was fixed THAT DAY! no thanks to the management staff. truly rude is that large white haired woman (who admirably was losing weight so fast but poor thing, her skin was not shrinking, perhaps that help her stay in such a bitchy mood') yeah she is a total -----. grounds are pretty fairly neat, but the F word tagged on the tennis court wall was up for i got there and still there when I vacated.
noise-tenents souped up junkers and blasting car stereos cant do anything about that
safety-I had my power turned off from outside by kids but other than that nothing.
weight room onnly open during office hours which is stupid and the stuff was not maintained well.
apartment itself-lots of roaches, but the bug guy came whenever you wanted (1x a week). gates did not work 1/2 the time and the pool was always accessable from kids in other homes or nearby apts .
apartment itself, doors were not wel l fitted, but least it was in so-so condition at move in time.
you get what you pay for, not bad as a place to live but I would look around for a better deal, and be aware that the staff though from time to time had afew decent folk, those decent folk moved on pretty fast which i think is pretty telling.
anyways if you feel you need helpful management-this aint the place

I must say this is a horrible review. To attack this poor lady in this manner is classless. To be concerned about the property and their response is one thing but to throw these nasty, unserving comments is another. I don't think this person deserves to live anywhere.

I know the person he was referring to. she is not nice, decent talked down to me anytime I had a problem and needed help. His description of her is spot on. She never showed anyone around that i saw even from the golf carts, had a pretty cushy job from what I could see. what else could she be so miserable about? Please don't tell me her attitude was a direct reflection of the tenents, the ones I live around seem pretty decent to me.
