Worst apartment complex I have lived!

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived. They give you a red carpet welcome, but kick your butt when you leave. The apartment manager is very rude. The only guy who works as a leasing consultant is the only friendly person there. The apartments are dirty, worn off and stained carpets, and cockroaches live everywhere. I gave 4 months notice before leaving and cleaned up the apartment even better than I got. They refused to refund my security deposit and instead sent a bill for $200 to replace a dishwasher claiming it's knob was broken. Small kids are not welcome here, and don't be fooled by the signs at the entrance that says "we love our residents". Thats the most ironic sign I have ever seen.
