Not a good choice but ok.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Not bad at first. But management will turn on you in a heartbeat. They raise your rent every-time you renew as well. There have been a few incidents such as rapes, robberies at gun point etc. A few robberies around the holidays. It has a gate, but people can tailgate in. Everyone does it. Gate is pretty much useless. I give it a 2 out of 5.
