I moved here in 2004 and loved the location and the Norcross area. Yes the grounds are kept up nicely and the staff is friendly but that unfortunately doesn't make up for the steady decline in the vandalism,crime and noise. I have had 4 major incidents in my buiding and to my suprise was told we have no after hours security.I am told it is up to me to call the police and then they never show up. The neighbors are dirty rude and shout obscenities and play loud offensive music. I am currently looking for a new place to live. I would not recommend this complex to anyone since the entire area is being taken over by scumbags.
