I lived in this AWFUL apartment complex for 2 years. I must admit, the first month or so, everything had the "new apartment smell". After that, the loud music, unruly kids and roaches showed up. I have witness SEVERAL diputes, including domestic. The straw the broke the camels back for me was when I saw a man get tortured at knife point right outside my bedroom window and I called the police and they never showed up. That should say something right there. Not to mention that Papa Johns won't even deliver there. RUN! Do not rent from them. I asked them if I could change apartment because of the noise upstairs. They told me I had to pay $175.00 apartment transfer fee, plus another deposit. AND my lease starts completely over. Basically like I was a new tenant. These are just a COUPLE of things that happened when I was there. I am SO glad that I moved from over there. Don't let the size and location fool you, this is not the place to live.
