I had the unfortunate pleasure of living at four seasons apartments. Trying to contact property manager is like talking to air about these loud Mexican playing soccer in the middle of the street while the ball is hitting your car putting marks on it. About the Mexican playing loud music all times of the night. By the way if you speak English don't try and tell your neighbors that they are being rude @ noisy. And they sit all over your car and make it so bad the courtesy officer here suck and i mean sucks bad. They are some lazy bombs. Call the courtesy officer " yeah right " they will never show up. They are sleep, working or @ a club. You can't park in front of your building because thoses damn Mexican take up all the parking areas with there friends sitting on there car's talking loud,playing ball, and making all kinds of noise. IF you like the Mexican HOOD, well you got it. What do we have parking permit's for ....we have them for nothing. These apartments are poorly managed by Miss.Akins. COME OUT OF YOUR OFFICE INSTEAD OF HIDING FROM THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOUR PAYCHECK WHICH YOU DO NOT EARN THAT HELPS YOU KEEP THAT GRAY BMW ( SPORTS) !!! However they want the resident to bear the responsibility and burden of enforcing the rules. Don't bother calling Miss.Akins she will do nothing about it she is extremely incompetent

coward.....only a coward would post a comment like this...if you were having problems you should have contacted the leasing manager and demanded to see her but instead you waited until you moved out and personalized a comment about her car. What a STUPID COWARD YOU ARE!!Be a man or a woman about it and get some TACT in your life because you are young and DUMB and hav no business about yourself because if yiou did you could have gotten a possitive response like others that lived there before.

What was your first clue that it was mostly Mexican? Are you visually impaired? If not why did you think you would get a top of the line residence for a bottom budget price? WISE UP!!!! Stop bitchin and start movin...... |
