After reading all the past comments aqbout four seasons staff and different problems that people have encountered, have you all ever took in consideration that it doesn't always be the stqaff. they do not put money into the porperty, the management company and the owners do.. Who's to say if they even vtake the time out to check out their investment. When I was at four seasons I was treated well and I knew what the staff was going through, so for all you complaining A H if you didn't like the apartment just move especially if you were not gettin g the satisfaction that you desired. Also, I find that out of all the residents that have leased an apaqrtment at four seasons including myself, there has only been 9 inserts. that's damn good, maybe you should check youselves and your own issues because i'm cool and I will keep recommending just like someone recommended four seasons to me.. oh by the way, four seasons does not have a gate.

Um, there was a time when the staff at four seasons was Great would recommend anybosy to live here (back in 1999- maybe 2001 or 2002?)anyway after some of the really good people left it was like the people the hired were just flat out rude. Ms Atkins started off nice, then she got promoted and she turned out to be the rudest person in the office. She was one of the main reasons why I left !!! When I found out that she had left the company all together I tried the area again !! Not as bad but A LOT of underhanded sneaky ---- was going on in that office which not only affected the staff but the residence as well. And now are you serious? Everybody has a favorite staff member b/c of what they have done for someone. But now, as much as I hate to say it,if you dont get the right person it comes down to your race. I have nothing against Latino's but, here they get away with things others couldn't. I've complained about my neighbors and there noise so many times it's not even funny. One time 5 times in one month and do you know nothing was done about it ? But before when I lived in another building I got a letter on my door complaining that I'm in violation of my lease for the noise complience. What!!!???!!! I had a few friends over for dinner about 6people total, there was no music, no surrond sound tv, we weren't drinking anything but wine and laughing and they were all gone by 10:00pm. But I was in violation??!!! If the staff is terrible then that can make your stay here miserable !!! Okay and even if the investors didn't look at what they were getting, (unless they were just blind when they got here, because it's pretty obvious when you drive past the circle K what your getting into). They should make sure they keep there residents happy and satisfied. Listen to what the residents have to say. Hell they held meetings when they were turning over 1/2 of the complex into condos. When they announced they were the owners why didn't they take the time and speak to the residents and inquire what some of our complaints were opinions ???!!!! If they knew the staff was a problem evaluate and dismiss if needed. It's called CLEANING HOUSE BABY!!!! The maintenance response is beyond terrible. The property manamger should be on top of that, not the investors, oh yeah you can't even talk to anyone in corp office (you'd have better luck pulling teeth from a hungry tiger !!) That's part of there job describtion isn't it? To manage the property???? That includes maintenance of the apartments and repairs that need to be made at least with in the first 24 hours (that's the way it use to be and if it could be fixed that day at least you came home to a little pink note saying what the complaint was, what was checked, what the problem was, what part needed to be orderd and about when the part would be in. My neigbors fridge has been broken for about 2 months ? Who's fault is that??!! They other one, her ac didn't work for 2 mths of the summer and she refused to pay her rent and they began eviction proccedings??? I guess that wasn't apart of the staff's fault either??? My ceiling fell in from a leak that I had complained about for months? They claimed to have fixed it, but about 2wks later it feel in again but bigger by the time I had moved out (about 3mths later when my lease was up) the problem had not been fixed, the cieling was stained and there was a big hole in my living room, and they tried to charge me for the damages ??!!! If the investors can't afford to fix it (the right way), then they need to sell it to someone who can !!! So it's the blame goes on the investors and some members of the staff. They should be working as a team, and with all the people moving out and more and more exspoing what Four Seasons is really about, you'll be getting a letter stating you have to move because the place is being torn down and rebuilt !!! And maybe the next people to buy this place will really care about the people who live here the way they use to !!!!
