I lived here close to a year. The apartmant always had leaks. None of them were addressed properly. My apartment door was kicked open while i was asleep. thanks to security alarm the intruder left. my back screened porch screen was later slit open someone tried coming in again. In October my mom was headed home at 3 am when a man in black ski mask approached her with a knife and tried to take her bags luckily i came out in time. we moved and now they claim we owe them around 3000 dollars for breaking lease and damages. the damages were things such as toilets dirty $50. Outside steps not swept $25. Cabinets dirty $75. Screened porch screen replacement $50 carpets $200 (were intruder caused). remainder of leased agreement 3 months @ $835. Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!
