Although the floor plan is great and they have a great design I would not advise any one to move there unless it was their only choice. You will have roaches, roaches, roaches, and ant problems. You can be the cleanest person in the world but your neighbors may not and you will get them. Years ago it was a plesant place to live but now it is the trap.
