Where to start... well, we moved into Four Seasons because it was all we could afford at the time. The day we moved in, there was a knife fight involving 40, or so, thugs directly in front of our building. A warm welcome indeed!

Cockroaches! Not my idea of the perfect pet, but for residents at Four Seasons, there's basically no other choice. Unless you fog your apartment every other week, these bastards will come in through every possible crevice in you building... big suckers too!

They were constantly "remodeling" the apartments. One time, they told us to move everything out of the kitchen, as they were going to be relpacing all the pipes. We grudgingly complied only to find out that the day before our pipes were to be replaced, our building would not be getting work done after all.

On one afternoon drive home, after looking at other apartments around town to move to, we pulled in to six police cars at the entrance to the complex. When we asked what was going on, the cop replied "watch the news". I don't know who to be more mad at, Four Seasons or the Gwinnett County police department for denying its citizens the right to a feeling of security (another story completely).

It turns out there had been a shooting in our complex and the management had failed to tell its residents about the incident.

This was an absolute nightmare of a place to live! I would not reccommend it to my worst enemy. They have turned the apartments into condos, and basically kicked all of the residents out (giving them the option to pay a ridiculous "fine" in the sum of $110k to stay). The fresh paint and new "parking lines" cannot hide the hideous ghetto awaiting you at Four Seasons... or should I say, the Villas at Norcross.
