I have lived here since 2004. I knew when I moved here that this was not the nicest property in the world. The square footage was great, and the location was great for me as well. The problem I have is when people complain about how horrible a property is and then you stay year after year. If I am not mistaken you renew your lease every year, why would you stay somewhere where you are so unhappy. For the price I pay for rent not to mention no water total electric it is a great deal for me. I am building my residential payment history and I am saving money. This whole neighborhood needs work. I say if you are unhappy move. Since the new owners have taken over I have had no more problems with drug dealers. I have not seen in broken window etc.. Yes they are just putting a new face on a old problem. Why are you surprised'

I live one this property as well yes I agree if you don't like it then move but at the same time, like you said rent is somwhat decent, no water and total electric, no drug dealers ? Please they are all over this complex they just not as obvious as they use to be. And guess what the offfice knows where they live and who they are. The property has indeed gone down ALOT since I first moved in (back in 2000 then I left in 2003 and tried it again last year and in the process of trying to move again) they use to screen alot better then they do now, the landscarpe was beautiful is was really clean and a really nice place to come home to, but now you might see graffetti on the side of a building, trash through out the complex. Oh do I need to mention the dead body they found last year a little ways down from the dumpster, or the gun shots heard at night during the summer? Or the drug deals that I myself have witnessed on more than one occassion and have reported it to the office everytime I see it happen, have written down the tag numbers of the cars (and yes they live on this property)and have called the police. It wasn't like this back when I first moved in. Have you also noticed how many apartments are empty ??? More than those that are occupied and more and more people are moving out.
