The property is in bad shape, some of the staff members are rude, not helpful at all, some of them are prejudice to others unless your hispanic, Latino, or mexican (these groups don't have to follow the rulles but other must, I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST THEM, they just seeem to get away with more because certain members of the staff turn the other cheek), the time it takes to get something fixed around here is rediculous unless you happen to know one of the Maintenence men. Security '' Are you serious''' Gwinnett county may ride thru once or twice a day during the day but hardley at night when it's needed. Reporting illegal drug sales in the parking lot is a joke in its own. They know where they live and yet they are still allowed to live here (violation of lease !!!)Not all the people walking around here are thugs or look like thugs but most of them are. Isn't there a law about how many people can live in the apartment' Depending on the size of the apartment'' My nieghbor has a two bdrm apartment and I know for a fact there are 4 adults and 5 children living there and they are VERY VERY VERY NOISEY !! I have complained about the noise from them over and over again not so much as a note has been placed on the door but they are in violation of the lease. The apartments big nice space but need alot of work, not just paint and some new appliences (oh my bad those were just for the ones they were selling as condos they forgot about the other half that they still rent out as apartments !!!!) This place needs SOME SERIOUS HELP !!! It could be really nice if the right people came in and really took care of the place and it's residence they way they shuold be taken care of !!!!
