To start with, the water is so full of contaminants, I can't beleive health officals don't come out and shut the whole complex down. Drug dealers and users are so well entrenched into the community - they will always be a permanent fixture. Car vandalism and break-ins are weekly. You never know when the next one will be yours. Apartment break-ins are also as common. Don't be surprised to come home and find your apartment entrance door laying in the livingroom. You can break into almost any apartment and not worry one bit about the police showing up! Why' Because the community is now almost solely Hispanic and so so many of them are illegal. They are like the 3 monkey who see, hear, and smell no evil!

Many two bedroom apartments have as many as 10 or more -------- living in them. As many as 5 to 8 -------- live in the one bedrooms. Come check out the parking lot by the leasing office at night some time. It looks like Fred Sanford's junkyard. So many trucks with a zillion ladders and other crap on them it is dizzying to take in. But be careful if you try and cross to the other side, the drug trafficers drive back and forth delivering and pick-up drugs so frequently and at such excessive speeds you would think you were in Grand Central Station in its heyday. I've seen cars driving through the lot at speeds in excess of 50 MPH. Great place to be, especially if you have young children, huh'

And the worst management team one could ever ask for. The manger "the duchess" is so arrogant and unfriendly she can't be bothered by any of us commoners - that is, when she decides to show up for work. And the Mexican lady (we call her the lying ----), best GD liar I have ever run into. She'd lie to her own mother to make a buck.

Many of the apartments are full of mold and mildew. Plumbing leaks are so common that many ceiling have come crashing down into the apartment below them. Air conditioning units are giving out left and right because they are going on 2 decades ing age. The same for water heaters, refrigerators, bathtub/showers, and dishwashers. And management ignors all these problems. Why' Because the high percentage of illegal -------- living there can't do a thing about it, and management knows it.

And now on top of all this, management is raising the rent big time. Can you believe it' The countries in the middle of a recession, and management is raising the rent through the roof to live in this sh--h-l- of a community! However, if you are Hispanic, the rent increase is a lot less than it is for the few remaining ------ and whites. And if you happen to be white, you are really going to pay up the a--! For some, the rent is being raised as much as $105 more a month; for others (---------), as little as $5 to $50.

And don't bother complaining to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Many already have and BBB's many requests to management for a repsonse always go unanswered. What is needed here is for Public safety and health officials to overrun this dump and see if all I say is not true. My adivce to all is to avoid this place as you would a plague. Of course if you are an illegal Mexican, this is just the place for you.

It seems to me that you are just another racist person in GA. Racist and Ignorant too. Why? Because not all that speak Spanish are --------. Did you KNOW that the Spanish language is one of the most spoken around the world. No, I don't think so beacause you are to busy complainting about how other people live. If you don't like where you live, MOVE! You guys are good at skipping out or not paying rent on time, always giving excuses of why you can't pay on time, either your grandma died or you lost your job, wait a minute I forgot THE -------- TOOK YOUR JOB RIGHT? I lived there last year and I never had any problems with anybody. Really enjoyed my huge apartment and the location. I knew when I moved in that I was going to have some maintenece problems due to the fact that the apartments are old, but other then that everything was o.k. And about the drugs and break ins, well you choose where you want to live and do your own reserch on the area before you sing a contract, that is what smart people do.

Well Mr or Mrs. Anonymous if it was such an enjoyable place to live then why in the hell did you move? And how do you expect to research the amount of breakins and drug activity if the police hardly ever show up? I guess you did your research b-4 you move in uh? That's why you left in the same year? And that person didn't say that spanish speaking people are dumb and who cares about the language being the most common spoken language
