I have to say that when new managment took over you saw the change ! we love this property and would rent again any day of the week the staff is so friendly and helpful we could not ask for better managment. Kevin Benton the new manager over the property is making great changes ! he is really taking time to make thing's wonderful ! we have had a great living experince here and renewing our lease I can't believe the thing's some people have written on here but as for myself I love it here it is peaceful and quite I have never had any problems with anything and I know that if I ever do the staff will be right there to Help so check out the property the apartment's are huge and affoardable ! and the New staff is great !

You gotta be kidding ... This place is a ghetto ! Crackheads wandering around aimlessly , welfare cases , loud screaming kids , cars speeding through ... This review HAD to be written by management . Sure , check it out and hopefully you'll get out ALIVE !

Yesiree, Kevin Benton is such a great guy and making things so wonderful here, he just got fired for sitting on his dead a-- and doing nothing! This place, indeed, is nothing more than a ghetto. Cars speed through the parking lot in excess of 60 MPH, drug dealing is wide open, gangs of punk kids roam and ravage cars at will (even in broad daylight) with no fear of the law, people are drinking water from banned plastic plumbing, loud music can be heard until 2-3 AM in the morning. You can go to the bank that either someone in management, Benton himself, or someon like his wife wrote that review about what a great place Four Seasons is to live. And the real irony of it all is that those that are unaware of what a sh--hole this place is, are lied to like there is going to be no tomorroew by managment to get them to rent here. If you an illegal alien, Latino and broke, a drug dealer or user, part of a gang, a person whole likes to play their music loud, someone who cares nothing about their neighbors, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!

i agree- not a day goes by, that I am not thankful I no longer stay there. They could shoot the sequel to boyz in the hood right there on location. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I do believe that the property someday or soon will be condemned.
