If you like to deal or use drugs without the fear of being caught; if you like being able to roam the neighborhood keying up cars, slicing tires, breaking into car without fear of being caught; if you like being able to drive through the community at 50-60 MPH without anyone saying anything to you; if you enjoy listening to your music cranked up as loud as it will go; if you have no problems with litter being everywhere or not being able to get anything repaired (like your air conditioning); if you like roach infestations and drinking water from contaminated/banned plastic plumbing; if you love not having to pay your rent when the lease you signed says you must pay it or not paying rent at all; if it doesn't bother you to come home and find your aprtment door laying in the living room and your apartment ransacked and missing several valuable items and/or money; if you don't mind finding a dead person laying the street or in the dumpster with bulletholes in them; then this is the palce for you!

I couldn't agree more . The same also applies for their " sister slum " The Villas at Norcross just around the corner . Water has been cut off 8 times in the year that I've been here and that was before the pipes started bursting .

I agree. It surprises me where they get the 16% positive feed back have. it has to be false comments from management. That entire property...VILLAS AND FOUR SEASONS should be condemned by the city. Its a hell hole.

I have had nothing but problems since moving into my condo at The Villas At Norcross. My back porch is literally rotting off, the water is turned off at least once every few months, there is an abundance of litter and loitering, and, most recently, my condo has FLOODED due to structural problems and NO ONE SEEMS WILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I am exceptionally angry and feel like I was offered an "investment" and instead handed a "nightmare."
