Dragnasty is the best way to describe this apartment complex. This has been, by far, the most awful apartment experience I have ever had. The property is nasty, the apartments are nasty and the management is nasty. Please do not move here. You will be wasting your money and setting yourself up for heartache and frustration. In the short amount of time that I have lived here, management has changed three times. The instability in management trickles down to the poor maintenance. Most maintenance requests are never completed and those requests that do finally get completed are done in an untimely fashion. If you move here, get ready for roaches, centipedes, spiders, and ants. Any living creature that you can imagine will creep right on into your apartment. While management is not interested in maintaining the property, they are quick to stick residence with fines and citations. The management is shady and always trying to find ways to steal money from residents by sticking them with fees, bogus citations and even falsely warranted evictions. Dishonest and unprofessional people run this property. No staff members can be trusted. This is an unsafe environment for both singles and families alike. This is especially not a good place for children. Complaining to the corporate office will get you nowhere. If you move here you will undoubtedly be stuck in a bad situation or forced to break the terms of your lease agreement.
