I moved into the complex in 2003. It wa sa cheap first apartment with a decent size. I was there maybe a month before problems started.The Roaches ran rampede.I would get up late at night and go in the kitchen and there would be at least 20 of them.My floor caved in my bathroom from all the termite damage.The building I was in had a huge sink hole in the front yard.Someone got shot in their apartment which was the building one over from mine.Not to mention all of the breakins and when I moved out there were gang signs all over the fence that separates them form Silver Oaks.Management was VERY unresponsive to these issues and would send out letters saying lock up but wouldn't inform us of what had happened etc.Even the maintenance man was like there were SOOOOO many breakins over there it's unbelievable.The manager now is the words biggest prick.The apartments are larger and the rent is usually cheap but you'll pay in the long run.It midas well be sitting over in the projects cause that's what it is.
