I have lived at this complex for 1 1/2 years. The biggest issue has been bugs. I call monthly and have my place sprayed yet each months the bugs return. Also, when I need something fixed I have to follow through mulitple times to get someone over to my place. Never leave a message for maintenance. You will not get a return call. The things I do like are the open kitchen and very large living room and master bedroom. The property is old so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. I really can't stand the bugs though, which is why I am seriously looking to move.
