pest problem

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
This apartment complex has a real bad pest problem. Leasing people are incompetent and the average water bill is around $140 a month, they only have one water meter for the whole complex. I've recieved letters on my door of a few break ins they have had in the complex. I advise no one to moved here.
