I have been living at Highland Corners since March and it is the biggest floorplan I have seen in any community. The rooms as more than spacious, it is like a small house. The management cares and that is important to me. They have repaved the parking lots, done great landscaping, put a playground in so our children can play. They have made so many positive changes in the apartments. They are upgrading the apartment and taking time to fix any problems that the residents have. The grounds are well kept and free from litter. There is plenty of parking. I have been parking in my same spot since I have move in. It is quiet community with friendly residents. The pest control is great and I don't have a problem. Ocassionally you see a roach but hardly. I enjoy my home and will stay here until I am ready to buy my home.
