I have lived here for one and a half years already. With the new management, things are slowing but surely improving. For years, there were no playground or nice tennis ground. Now, there are some things that both adults and children can enjoy outdoor activities. This kind of improvement will help tremendously for residents to feel more comfortable coming out more often and meet other tenants. Kudos to the new management. I just hope that the Miles Corporation do not spare any expenses to improve this lovely community. This place is very ideal since it is in the corner of Peachtree and Holcomb Bridge. Unlike other complex, this place have two entry / exits for residents. I feel very comfortable living here. The neighbors are very nice. The people working here are very nice and respectful. I have read all the reviews from previous posts, most are negative. Please remember, you leave messy food out, you get roaches. As for security, always be aware. Every where you go, you have to be careful.
We are very picky in living space. This complex has the best price for the layout and square footage.

I have been living here for almost 4 years now. I have been here through a lot of the bad. There are improvements happening and you can definitely see it. The new managment is doing great things. However, the roach issue is still an issue. Not as bad as a couple of years ago but they are still there. Unfortunately, the roaches in my apartment greeted us when we first moved in. I am not a messy person and clean 3 to 4 times a week; with a deep clean at least once a week. I see what the new management is trying to do here but my family and I will not be around to see what comes of it all. The management staff is extremely great. Customer service goes a long way. The Community manger Heather is awesome. Most of my maintenance needs are usually handled within a day or two. But, We have had enough of it and it is time to go. Good luck to the next tenants who move in. This is a great place to live if you have patience. I waited almost 5 years for the things they are only now starting to do. It's time to purchase my own home.
