I moved in about 8 months ago and its been smooth sailing. Great team in the office! Can't believe the low pricing. I haighly recommend it to anyone.

I know what you mean about the cats its ridiculous!! i actually saw dead kittens laying in the road about a month ago that were hit. Now im starting to see more kittens hanging around my building(300). It makes the building look trashy! Im also having a bad ant problem. Guess I gotta kill them myself because I called the leasing office over a month ago and they said they were gonna come and never did. Then they said they was coming last Wed and never came! When I first moved here there was a bad spider problem. There were gigantic killer-looking spiders popping up in the bathrooms. We killed like 8 spiders in a month. I also live at the bottom floor and when it rains there is a lot of mud by our front door and near the steps. We have to walk in mud now everyday to get to the parking lot. They really need to do something about it because all of our shoes are muddy and the carpet inside our apt stays muddy from outside our door. It is covered with mud!!!

I had the ant problem as well, and YES, you're going to have to do it yourself, if you want them gone and you want it done right! I had some Ortho Home Defense Max I purchased from Walmart, sprayed that everyday along w/ wiping the counter down w/ bleach, making sure no water was around or anything they could eat. I put food up, keep my kitchen clean all the time and couldn't understand why and where the hell they were coming from..but no more ants. For the mud, try hot water and ammonia... I see now Maria, Derrick and Byron are gone and its some new chicks in the leasing office..I know its time to go, they can't keep office staff for anything, I guess whomever they work for owns the property now, thats the only time you see new staff! Its still time to go!
