I have been a resident here for several years. I have seen 4 different managers. No one wants to stay. Gang activity is more than obvious. Police are constantly out here. There have been robberies almost daily. Peoples homes are broken into. Management cannot get it under control. If you call corporate the regional manager never calls you back. He doesn't have the balls to talk to residents himself! I've given up! You have virtually no one to go to with problems.The old manager is gone and they don't have a new one. Gates are always broke. Drug dealers lurking around every corner. The playground has been completely vandalized. I've stayed b/c I can't work and do not have alot of options. I have spoken with my roommate though and we have decided it's not safe. We're getting out! If anyone out there is reading this don't move here. Unless you like your life being in jeporady and management that changes every year. No one can help you once you move in. Run......
