This is the third time I'm updating this review. It's gone from good to good to worse. I too am a resident for the past 3.5 years. I agree that since Ivey Brook was purchased by another company, things have gone downhill. The place is not as clean as it used to be and the staff aren't as friendly as the previous ones. Their response times for getting things fixed has not been as good as they were.

During the major drought in this part of the region, they never bothered to respond to the leaking hose in the carwash. They left the water gushing out for an entire weekend. Only after reporting them to the drought hotline did they both to cut the water off completely.
