This is my first time doing this, and I want to tell any one that is even remotely thinking about moving into Ivey Brook...DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!
I have lived her for 2 years now.

I unfortunately just resigned my lease for another year...BIG BIG MISTAKE.

The pool was green for a month, then the pad locked the gate to the pool, so residents had to walk around to the front if they wanted to use any of the facilities.

The gate was open and stayed open for about a month or so.

They are very unfriendly, and have no sense of urgency to help you.

Once again please DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I must agree with all of the negative reviews about this place. It used to be a nice location, but since it was bought out, the place is an unlivable ghetto.
