Before my family moved to Ivey Brook I would see the complex from the outside and think this is a nice place to live.

Since living here I don't think I would recommend this complex to anyone, it continually going down hil.

I'm trying to give the new mgmt group a chance but their track record is less than desirable, and for the high rental price you would expect more.
