The new management at Ivey Brook has made some tremendous changes, such as pressure washing the buildings, painting all external trim, and repaving the drive in front of the call-in box. We have lived here for 9 years and would recommend it!

They did NOT repave, they put a coat of asphalt sealer on the blacktop.
