After 5 years of living at Ivey Brook Apartment, We finally decided it is time bail out of here!

In 2003, this place was excellent in every way, its staff was aimed to please its residents and paid attention to details, the property was beautifully maintained. After several management bought-outs, this place has turned into the ghetto and is going down hill fast. And the worst of all, the management has the audacity to increase the rent by 10% of the current price this year.(for us, it increased by over $100 per month) Hello! don't you know the house market is really bad now' and you still increase the rent that much'

There are only two staff at the leasing office, and they are available full-time because they also manage another property at the same time. Same with maintenance staff. When things broken, it will take them weeks before fixing. We tried to be understanding, but the management company only cares to allure the potential residents by painting the exterior, power washed the building, claims this place is a "LUXURY" apartment, but they forget the current unhappy residents.

We are trying to get out of here ASAP, our 10% home down payment is almost ready.

Bottom line is: DO NOT LIVE HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
