Recently uncovered even though every tenant is forced to pay monthly exterminating fees.

Only apartment establishment I ever known to charge this.

Although every tenant is forced to pay this exterminating fee, most of these apartment are not being exterminated because tenant has to request to the extermination services.

I for one did not know this, I figured that all the apartments was being exterminated on a regular basis.

NOT TRUE! Tenants are not being told, nor is it in writing anywhere that even though they pay each month for it, it still has to be requested.

I completely agree with everything that you have stated. When the community was managed by JPI it was managed very cool...this new company along with the management have run this property into the ground very fast. In addition, this new company started charging residents for things that other apartment communities provice...we now have to pay for pest control, the trash compactor, the lighting for our building and for the parking lot on top of our water bill and rent. The management does not tell you about it when you sign your lease; they simply sneak it in on you and you find out about it when you receive a bill in the mail. I strongly suggest that before you move into this community you go around and knock on several residents doors and ask them how they feel about this property. The rents are extremely high and it is not worth what you pay. Also, the crime has increased drastically over the past year.....it has gotten to the point where you see the police on the property on a regular basis. The qualifications have seriously dropped drastically...basically, they are not checking the prospects out very well at all; if you give them enough money to move in then they will approve you to move in. Overall, think twice before you move here!

Here is something that you also may not know.... Speaking of pest control, you are forced to pay for it monthly, but your apartment does not get exterminated unless you request it. I found this out accidently. They dont tell you this nor have it in writing. I have been paying exterminating fees for almost six months and have not been getting the service because I didnt request it. Go figure. I wonder who's bank accound this money is being deposited.
