I moved here in 2007, the management group then was great, I would call in to have anything fixed, even the changing of a light bulb, when I arrived home from work it would be done and a note left saying it was complete. The Connor Group came in and turned this nice apartment complex into the ghetto. Can you say garbage, on weekends we have the beauty of looking at piles of garbage as you enter the community. One of my reasons for renting here was the pool was open all year round. The Connor Group doesn't even clean it in the summer. Let's talk about repairs, they don't know the word, there simply not done. Gates are just for show because they are kept opened, or everyone has the code. If you don't have it just call the office they give it out like candy on Halloween. Customer service; well we have had a dozen or so different people work in the office no one knows what is going on or can answer,or fix anything; the only thing they know is to collect rent. All the equipment in the gym doesn't work. Now the apartments are huge and very spacious but not worth the enormous amount of rent asked for them. Look it got so bad here that I preferred to pay the fees and break my lease I just couldn't take it.
