Not the Best, but it's worth the price

roaches -yes; drunken men -yes; but a quick response maintenance team and more than reasonable price; I have lived here for 8 months and have not experienced any break-ins -that's good for a non-gated community -some of the gated communities have more break-in records than the # of apartments the complex carries.
