Not a resident...visited the complex back in June/July.

Not a lot of kids running/hanging around.

Drove thru the neighborhood in the daytime and it was quiet but the place looked a little old. It looked like some cops live in the neighborhood though.

The rent was pretty good. $570-700.

Didn't go on a tour. Wasn't for me.
