My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year and we have grown to love it. I'm not going to say it's perfect, but it's not horrible either.

But you can't be stupid, either. We have put more locks on our doors and never travel alone. This is not an upscale neighborhood, but you don't have to worry about getting knifed on the street.

The new staff is wonderful and parking is adequate. The new property managers try very hard to enforce the law.

If you live by the creek and the woods, you'll see a lot of centipedes - but nothing general pest spray can't fix.
